Today started another day of informal practices by the
Pens.
Thomas Vokoun, Brandon Sutter, and
Martin arrived back in
Pittsburgh today. The group went through team scrimmages, even
Duper participated with the team.
Team black included Sid, Kuni, Duper, TK, and Jeffrey on offense with Oprik, Lovejoy, and Martin on defense, Flower was in the net.
For team white up front was Sutter, Glass, Adams, Cookie, Nealer, and Vitale with Engo on defense with Vokoun in the net.
This Sunday is when training camp is expected to begin. A 48 game season to be started on January 19th, 2013, pending the ratification of the new CBA.
